Is It Ok to Continue to Use Your University Email After You Graduate

When your college provides you Office licence, that will expire shortly after you graduate. There is usually a grace period before that licence expires.
Before that expires you should make copies of all your files, before that Email login is blocked automatically by the system
With regards to using Office 365, that will expire and you will no longer be able to save new documents or make changes to older documents. You will need to get your own subscription to Office 365 to continue using that software. . .

When Office 365 expires, the Save and Save As functionality will be lost, so you will not be able to save any changes to your documents .. .

Thank you for your reply and suggestion Charles. I no longer have access to my edu email address. Last night I ended up paying for a subscription to Office 365 because I still use Word, Excel and Publisher and don't want to be blocked from these programs.
